Sejurus bangun pagi baca doa, amalkan petua ini. Sebelum mandi dan gosok gigi; masukkan air ke dalam mulut selama 10 saat dan selawat 3 kali dalam hati, kemudian baru diteguk. Air liur pada awal pagi mengandungi enzim yang boleh menjadi penawar. Kemudian barulah menggosok gigi.
Baca ayat 35-38 surah AL~WAQIAH setiap kali mandi untuk curahan pertama, mulakan dari kepala.
Setelah solat subuh, bacalah surah YUSUF kemudian minum 3 teguk air suam. Mudah-mudahan wajah kelihatan berseri dan awet muda.
Setelah itu lakukan senaman ringan. Hirup udara segar di luar dan jalan tanpa memakai kasut di halaman yang berumput. Geselkan kaki di atas rumput yang masih berembun.
Amalkan memotong kuku atau rambut pada hari-hari baik iaitu Isnin, Khamis dan Jumaat. Mulakan memotong dari jari telunjuk kanan hingga ke jari kelingking dan seterusnya jari kelingking kiri ke ibu jari tangan kiri (I guess this isn't the correct way based on Sunnah. Does anyone know?). Amalkan menanam kuku dan rambut yang dipotong atau gugur mudah-mudahan mendapat berkat di dunia dan akhirat.
Semasa berdandan pada waktu pagi baca selawat NABI di kedua-dua tapak tangan dan raupkan ke muka berserta niat dalam hati supaya diindahkan wajah seperti NABI YUSUF. Amalkan setiap pagi.
Ketika makan janganlah disulam dengan minum air. Minumlah setelah setengah jam selepas makan.
Rajin-rajinlah membaca AL-QURAN dengan niat ikhlas hanya pada ALLAH.
Amalkan solat Tahajjud.
P/S - To all my bros; people say jangan mimpikan FATIMAH (RA) andai diri tak sehebat Ali (RA). Maybe we're not as hebat as Ali, but yeah now we can be handsome like Yusuf (AS)!!

Q: What is the Sunnah of clipping finger nails for hands and feet? Also how often should one clip their nails? Pls provide the related Hadiths.
A: Cutting of the nails is Sunnat. The Mustahabb method is to start from the right index finger to the right small finger then the right thumb. Thereafter, the left hand from the small finger to the thumb. Cutting of the toe nails will be from the small left toe to the small right toe. Cutting of the nails should not be left for more than 40 nights although it is preferable to cut them once a week. (Mirqaat vol.2 pg.45)

Q : Assalamualikum Mufti Saheb, I come from Indian background and the tradition there is not to cut nails/hair on Tuesdays and Sat? Is this tradition based on any Islamic priniciple ? Also, is there any "correct" way of cutting the nails ?? (Starting from the fore-finger etc.) May Allah bless you and raise your level in this world and the Akhirah.
A: We have not come across any Shar'ee reference prohibiting the trimming of nails on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It has been mentioned that Nabi (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) used to pair his nails on a Thursday, but no sequence has been mentioned. However, many pious people recommend that one should commence with the index finger of the right hand moving towards the small finger, thereafter the small finger of the left hand leading towards the thumb and finishing with the thumb of the right hand. The toe nails, from the small toe of the right leg and complete with the small toe of the left leg.

Both the questions have different methods of cutting one’s nails. Please clarify which is mustahab, or are they both mustahab?

A: 1. Hafiz ibn Hajar (RA) has said that there is no specific order established by Nabi (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) in clipping of the finger nails. Hence, both mentioned methods could be adopted as they have been recorded by the pious elders. We have not come across any Shar'ee reference.

Dalam buku "Petunjuk Sunnah dan Adab Sehari- Hari" , (A. Abdurrahman Wahid), dia bagi method no 2, mcm dlm no Q #3530... pastu, sblum nih pun, slalu dngar mcm tu jugak.. ada org bgi idea nak snang ingat, susun tangan mcm tgh berdoa, pastu start dr telunjuk kanan, sampai kelingking kanan, pastu, kelingking kiri, sampai ibu jari tangan kiri, pastu, last skali ibu jari tangan kanan (..kira mcm anticlockwise aa lebey kurang..)
